Studied networking protocols, firewalls, proxies, and cloud architecture. Got hands-on with Linux, scripting, and server management. Certifications and self-learning became a daily routine.

Zscaler — EMEA Support
Joined Zscaler as a Product Support Engineer, handling real-world enterprise network & security issues across EMEA. Working with ZIA, ZPA, ZTNA, and helping customers secure their infrastructure at scale.
